Shipping and Delivery Times

Worldwide shipping is available. However, due to recent changes in U.S. shipping regulations and tariffs, shipments to the United States have been temporarily suspended from 25 August 2025 until further notice.

We offer registered mail (tracked shipping) only for all orders to help prevent lost or missing parcels. All items are shipped from Singapore via SingPost, and shipping fees are calculated based on the total order weight at checkout.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times (Tracked Shipping)
• Singapore: 3–5 business days
• International: 7–30 business days

Customs Duties & Taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from customs clearance.
